E大调音阶（File:Points whole tone.png为全音，File:Points semitone.png为半音）
E大调是一个基于E音的大调，由E、F♯、G♯、A、B、C♯、D♯和E组成，调号有四个升号。相对小调是升c小调，并行小调是e小调。
