}} 斯蒂芬·比斯蒂（英文：Stephen Biesty)，英國手繪插圖家，1961年1月27日誕於考文垂，後長於萊徹斯特郡。1979年就讀於勞布羅藝術設計學院（Loughborough College of Art and Design），主修藝術基礎課程。1980年比斯蒂轉至白禮頓理工學院(Brighton Polytechnic)獲得文學學士學位，主修插圖，專注於歷史和建築題材。從白禮頓以一等生成績畢業後，比斯蒂在伯明翰學院(City of Birmingham Polytechnic)獲得了碩士學位，對歷史重構題材有了更深入的研究。
比斯蒂被稱為「截面圖大師」。他大部分的作品都和李查德·布拉特(Richard Platt)進行過合作，由後者撰寫文字。這些圖書的讀者不限大人或孩童，比斯蒂也獲得了成功。其代表作為《絕妙的截面世界(Incredible Cross Sections)》(1992)，在全球銷出數以百萬計之量。二者還合作了Man-of-War (1993), Castle (1994), Incredible Pop-Up Cross-Sections (1995), Incredible Explosions(1996), Incredible Everything (1997), Incredible Body (1998) 和Absolutely Best Cross-Sections Book Ever (1999)。自1999年以來，比斯蒂繪作了the Millennium Dome Pop-up Book (1999), Gold: A Treasure Hunt through Time (Meredith Hooper) (2002), 和Rome (Andrew Solway, Stephen Biesty) (2003)。比斯蒂育有一子，這個三口之家現在生活在索漠塞特(Somerset)。
